Marcus Fletcher is President of Southern Plantation Builders. Marcus is a native of southwest Georgia, and has been with Plantation Builders for 7 years. Prior to joining the Southern Plantation Builders team, Marcus earned 10 years of experience in the drafting and design business. He is a member of the local Home Builders Association Board and is a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia.

Jonathan Hornick is the President of Tall Pine Builders, Inc. Jonathan is an Albany native. He graduated from Westover High School in 1992 and then attended North Georgia College, graduating in 1996. After college, Jonathan went on to be a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army from 1996 to 2000.

Jonathan was a Project Manager for U.S. Constructors, Inc. from 2000 to 2006 and now serves as President of Tall Pine Builders, Inc. Jonathan was a member of the Associated General Contractors; served as President of the 2005 SCDOT Leadership Development Class and is a member of the Home Builders Association.
